Growing your own Cannabis plants can be fun and easy using some of the highest quality soil ever built. Our Big Bud Soil Mix contains 22 all-natural premium ingredients that will help plants grow faster, bigger and produce the most potent medicine possible.
We believe that medicinal plants grown in soil, by the user themselves, will be of a higher quality than plants grown using hydroponic systems that only supply N, P, and K. Growing plants in soil also gives you a bit of leeway in terms of watering and fertilizing, so a tiny mistake doesn't result in loss of the crop.
Big Bud soil can save you money and time! Since this amazing soil mix contains so many different sources of Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Potassium, micro-nutrients and minerals, it can be an alternative to using expensive liquid nutrient programs that are usually associated with Cannabis production. Mixing and diluting liquid nutrients can be complicated and a hassle, so Big Bud Soil could be a simple alternative for growers that are beginners or have time restrictions. You can still safely add whatever liquid nutrients you desire, but you may also wish to try growing using less nutrient, or just compost tea, or just water. The 10L bucket the soil arrives in is a suitable container for growing in as well. This container is big enough to support a plant 36" tall and the full 100 day life cycle of Cannabis. Drill holes near the bottom of the buckets to prevent water-logging of the soil.
This soil is Living Soil, which means it has not been sterilized. As a result, all of the beneficial microbes (Bacteria, fungus, nematodes, ciliates, arthropods, flagellates, amoebas and much more) are alive and well and ready to digest organic matter and minerals in order to better nourish your plants.

We recommend using new buckets of Big Bud soil for each crop of Cannabis. The soil could be used successfully to grow a second or third crop, but nutrient and mineral levels will have dropped after the first crop, so nutrient deficiencies could occur.
